At Nepal School Projects we love to hear from Nepalese students who have participated in our projects. Just recently Fran Lloyd, Executive Director of NSP, received a letter from Resam Syangtan. Resam’s education is sponsored by NSP. We are very appreciative of his kind words and thrilled that our sponsorship has benefited him and his family. Read his letter below to hear how your support can change a life in Nepal!

Namaste!

I am Resam Syangtan sponsored student of our late Mike Rojik. Hope you are doing good there. It's really an honour for me to message you. I still remember the day you came to my school Pushpa Bal Academy. It was really an unforgettable moment for me. I just got your address from Rakam and got this opportunity to message you. I am really glad that we are in touch now.

All of your generosity towards us has made us to this level. Without your help we wouldn't be at this level. I want to heartly thank you once again. I hope you know my brother Keshav Syangtan and my two sisters Mana and Bhima Syangtan. We are all sponsored students of NSP. I have just finished my+2 level examination and am now enjoying my vacation. My results will be published after six months. As for Keshav, he has completed his 10th grade with 75% result. Mana and Bhima are now in 9 and 6 grades respectively. Their result of this year is really outstanding. They both are brilliant and disciplined students. Bhima stood first in her 5th grade class with 93% and Mana also stood good position grade 8 with 80% result.

I also got in touch with my sister’s sponsors a few months ago. We also talked with them on Skype a few times. We were really glad in talking with them. They said they will continue to sponsor Mana and Bhima in their studies and give them all the books for education. We are really thankful to them once again. Since you will be handling our NSP of Kathmandu we are of great relief here. We are really thankful to all of you.

A very good warm Namaste from my father ( Gyan bdr. Syangtan) and mother (Kanchhi Maya Syangtan).

All all our love to you,

Resham Syangtan
